The National Accounts Manager typically work with national accounts and other strategically important clients. Responsibilities:

  • Updating all commercial databases, including CRM and ERP;
  • Creates and facilitate effective strategic relationships and development of key accounts and key brokers maintain effective relationships;
  • Accurately managing all commercial information including customer forecasts, and new business potential;
  • Participate as an active member of our collaborative sales team and contribute to our culture of sales success;
  • Growing our share of strategic customer packaging allocation;

Requirements:

  • Experience with chemical pumping/dosing systems;
  • Highly proficient Microsoft Office products;
  • Understanding of pneumatic and electric chemical pumping systems;
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public;
  • 80/20 experience and proficient with JD Edwards, preferred;
  • Must be proficient in forecasting, understand margin analysis and financial statements;
  • Computer skills including CRM programs such as salesforce.com or Microsoft dynamics;
  • Strong ability to lead an organization and drive operational results;
  • Excellent communication, customer service and project management skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Enthusiasm and high degree of energy;
  • Experience working in a high pressure deadline driven environment;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment under strict and often conflicting deadlines;
  • Highly self-motivated.
