Responsibilities:

  • Performs other duties as assigned;
  • Coordinate and schedule various recruiting and networking events to attend;
  • Establish and maintain a good working relationships with University Clinical Coordinators;
  • Direct contact for clinical candidates;
  • Attend various events throughout the year;

Requirements:

  • Ability to read & write in simple correspondence with effective public speaking in small groups – may be required in more than one language;

  • Ability to travel (approx. 5-10 times a year to In-state and Out-of-state destinations);
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, and Boolean method;
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry;
  • Previous recruiting experience required with experience recruiting nurses a plus;
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  • Ability to carry out detailed but involved written instructions, able to problem solve with a few variables;
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
