Our company is looking for a Paid Search Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and encourage an open environment for our media partners to approach [m]Platform teams first with opportunities and innovations;
  • Hire, motivate, mentor and provide training to increase efficiency, productivity and skill sets of employees;
  • Manages challenges or concerns that arise regarding clients, direct reports, peers, superiors or departments;
  • Keep senior management apprised of key client opportunities, potential risks and other key nuances which affect the health of the business;
  • Actively collaborate with colleagues from other departments and practices to develop streamlined systems, workflows and processes;
  • Manage the team’s staffing, allocation, and overall capacity;
  • Other responsibilities as assigned or self-directed;
  • Direct day to day activities to ensure that all sales quota and management objectives are met;
  • You will handle the day-to-day tasks and monitoring of our PPC, display and paid social campaigns;
  • You will be accountable for increasing lead volume and lowering cost per lead over time;
  • Lead team to achieve targeted performance KPIs and provide assistance including optimizations and campaign troubleshooting;
  • Own a strong operational process around pipeline and opportunity to drive maximum productivity and performance from our team;
  • Supports and embodies Discoverability group and Connections department vision and goals by actively working as a member of both leadership teams;
  • Actively seek new business and revenue stream opportunities, participating in new business pitches, RFPs, RFIs, scoping and new or expanded SOW;
  • Effectively field incoming work by facilitating a deeper understanding of the assignment, scope, estimate and set of resources needed.

Requirements:

  • Serve as executive contact for several top agency accounts;
  • Prove team leadership inclusive of management experience, including hiring & firing responsibilities;
  • Generate and oversee strong revenue growth from client renewals;
  • Participate in onboardings, renewal calls, and other important client communications with key client accounts;
  • Manage and train existing SF paid search team, and help to grow the team;
  • 5+ years of agency paid search advertising experience from within an agency setting;
  • Motivate and guide team to hit quarterly account growth targets;
  • Experience working with Selling Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Google Hotel ads solutions;
  • Professional, effective and persuasive communication skills;
  • Confident in expertly giving and receiving feedback;
  • Highly proficient in managing and prioritizing multiple clients and projects;
  • Willingness to travel as needed, approx. 10 – 25% as needed;
  • Working knowledge of “traditional” Search channels and Paid Social a plus;
  • Sales Management: 1 year;
  • Exhibit passion through appropriate participation in team, agency, and industry initiatives.
