Our company is looking for a Paid Search Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform competitive analysis around the current search landscape – Manage monthly invoicing and billing;
  • Execute paid search optimizations including ad copy tests and keyword management, bid adjustments, etc;
  • Track pacing and paid search budgets for assigned client programs;
  • Implementation of campaign to ensure all timeframes and budgets are adhered to;
  • Assist in the strategy development and execution of B2C and B2B paid search campaigns;
  • Participate in brainstorm sessions;
  • Effectively manage day-to-day client relationship(s), inclusive of educating clients on digital concepts, best practices, and trends;
  • Oversee search and shopping campaigns, strategy, and execution;
  • Identify new opportunities for clients both internally and externally;
  • Work with cross-functional account teams including tech, creative, research, analytics and trafficking to see campaigns through to completion;
  • Manage other digital marketing programs where applicable. Inclusive of display, remarketing and more;
  • Manage junior staff with training, project prioritization, and client deliverables;
  • Communicate with clients directly with minimal supervision;
  • Develop and implement search test strategies (inclusive of, but not limited to: bidding, copy, positioning, etc.);
  • Analyze weekly campaign results, optimize programs, and execute client status reports.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage different personalities as well as the ability to exude confidence and expertise in client meetings;
  • Mastery of Analytics Platforms (GA, Adobe);
  • Deadline and detail-oriented;
  • Hands on experience managing online campaigns across a variety of vendors (i.e. Google, MSN, Yahoo, Facebook, etc.). Kenshoo and DS experience a plus;
  • Mastery of all basic SEM Fundamentals;
  • AdWords Certification a plus;
  • 1-3 years paid search experience at least;
  • Complete understanding of bid management systems/practices;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint;
  • Strong analytical and project management skills;
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preference in Marketing, Data Analytics);
  • Must have client facing experience.
