Paid Search Marketing Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Paid Search Marketing Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Remarketing / Retargeting lists;
- Search Engine Marketing management & reporting (PPC, PLA’s, Display, Retargeting);
- Analytics management & reporting;
- Conversion tracking;
- Establish and maintain Google Analytics and Ads tracking on our site: Event tracking;
- Collaborate with the marketing team at large to integrate performance marketing efforts with a broader marketing plan;
- Measure, analyze, and report performance data against goals and provide appropriate action plans based on conclusions;
- Actively manage paid search and pay-per-click campaigns to maximize CPC, CPA, CTR, Search IS, etc. within monthly budgets;
- Creation and execution of integrated digital marketing plans;
- Create, track, analyze, and optimize pay per click campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other biddable platforms;
- UTM parameter structure and best practices;
- Monitor search trends, best practices, and new opportunities;
- Marketing strategy, planning and organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as Paid Search Marketing Manager;
- Running reports daily and be comfortable;
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in ad words and e-commerce;
