Our company is looking for a Paid Search Marketing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Remarketing / Retargeting lists;
  • Search Engine Marketing management & reporting (PPC, PLA’s, Display, Retargeting);
  • Analytics management & reporting;
  • Conversion tracking;
  • Establish and maintain Google Analytics and Ads tracking on our site: Event tracking;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team at large to integrate performance marketing efforts with a broader marketing plan;
  • Measure, analyze, and report performance data against goals and provide appropriate action plans based on conclusions;
  • Actively manage paid search and pay-per-click campaigns to maximize CPC, CPA, CTR, Search IS, etc. within monthly budgets;
  • Creation and execution of integrated digital marketing plans;
  • Create, track, analyze, and optimize pay per click campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other biddable platforms;
  • UTM parameter structure and best practices;
  • Monitor search trends, best practices, and new opportunities;
  • Marketing strategy, planning and organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as Paid Search Marketing Manager;
  • Running reports daily and be comfortable;
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in ad words and e-commerce;
