Our company is looking for a Paid Social Media Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor junior paid media staff;
  • Work with the analytics team to define and implement measurement and tracking tools;
  • Perform landscape and competitive analyses, audience research, and other market research;
  • Present paid media plans and performance data (internal and external);
  • Work with vendors to place, manage, and report on media content;
  • Reporting;
  • Moderation and Management;
  • Primary party responsible for QA of trafficked approved plan into social platforms;
  • Maintain professional, productive rapport with sales representatives/media vendors;
  • Responsible for Analyst’s management of campaign budgets, pacing and bid adjustments;
  • Partner with AMD to ensure upcoming deliverables are being proactively addressed;
  • Serve as lead for training of new Social Analysts and be a resource for ad hoc questions;
  • Successful completion of training programs and requisite certifications;
  • Lead client status and reporting calls, including presentation of reporting;
  • Integrate with Strategy team on Audits, Strategy, and Integrated Campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
  • At least 6 years of experience setting up, running, and managing paid media campaigns;
  • Proficiency with Google Ads and Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and social media advertising;
  • Versatility, intellect, and tact;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (and we mean excellent);
  • Highly organized;
  • Team player;
  • Good communication skills;
  • BA/BS degree with strong academic results;
  • Social media marketing experience;
  • 2-5+ years experience in digital marketing.
