  • Oversee work activities by delegating, assigning and prioritizing;
  • Actively participates in all programs;
  • Demonstrates a proactive and enthusiastic attitude in striving for and meeting business goals and objectives;
  • Follows the principle of “Management by Walking Around” to maintain contact with clients, customers and employees.
