Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic oversight to the team and for our clients;
  • Work on agency council brand teams with other ad agencies and digital agencies;
  • Be the lead on core teams making Simple, Surprising, and Significant campaigns;
  • Support organic growth for existing clients;
  • Work with internal leadership to establish goals, performance metrics, and growth matrixes for account team members;
  • Manage the politics and personalities of working with C-Suite clients at big companies;
  • Nurture our client relationships;
  • Manage multiple account and media relations teams to get more results for our clients;
  • Manage editorial calendars and overall PR plans;

  • Translate client asks into actionable creative briefs and scopes;
  • Direct our copywriting teams to write better pitches and press releases;
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to develop industry skills;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher;
  • Excellent verbal and written skills;
  • Your own extensive network of potential media and client contacts;
  • Ability to read a room and tailor your message and style for the audience;
  • Ability to mentor/nurture/and service clients and team;
  • A natural inclination to stay connected on email, SMS, phone, and social media;
  • Experience working on agency teams for large brands with complex marketing campaigns;
  • An amazing ability to stay organized and manage complex projects;
  • Excellent leadership and management skills;
  • Ability to act as primary manager and strategist at client meetings.
