Our company is looking for a Product Line Management, Business & Operations to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Data management and administration of GCS’ CRM tools;
- Limited travel (5% or less) may be required;
- Researching and compiling data on competitive companies and products;
- Preparing materials for publications and presentations;
- Create pricing/bid analysis reports for Senior Management;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Coordinate completion and close out of all subcontracts ensuring full compliance with all requirements;
- Conduct all actions in a professional and ethical manner. Perform all duties within parameters of the Department Procedures;
- Develop solutions in resolving supplier contractual issues that requires a high level of creativity;
- Effectively maintain subcontractor scorecards through actively leading in an IPT environment;
- Collaborate with the program the coordination of process validation, first article inspections as well as prototype and production schedule;
- Perform risk assessment, identify potential risks and impacts, and develop mitigation plans;
- Provide direction, guidance and in-depth assistance to program teams working on major programs;
- Research market conditions and regulatory requirements, nationally and internationally, to determine potential sales of product;
- Communicate product line status to executive management.
Requirements:
- Subcontractors schedule integration;
- Knowledge of EVMS desired;
- Schedule Risk Analysis;
- Schedule Metric Analysis such as BEI, CPLI, SPI, etc;
- Managing Risk and Opportunity in the IMS;
- Working with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Schedule specific tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, etc;
- DI-MGMT-81861 Integrated Program Management Report;
- Fundamentals of Planning, with Cost/Schedule Integration and Schedule Analysis;
- Domestic and international travel is required;
- 10+ years of experience in direct product line management required. Product management of security equipment and/or large capital equipment preferred;
- Proven experience successfully launching a product to market with demonstrated success meeting timelines;
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or Bachelor of Administration in Marketing or a related technical field required. MBA preferred;
- Experience in a large, global highly-matrixed organization;
- Business focus with strong technical background, well developed analytical skills and excellent project management skills.
