Our company is looking for a Radio Account Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, renew, and renegotiate terms with existing clients to generate revenue for radio, digital media, and event sponsorship’s;
- Arrange meetings with potential clients to discuss their needs;
- Ensure all process timelines are up-to-date and met;
- Make underwriting sales presentations to establish and build positive relationships and rapport;
- Work as a partner to help clients reach their goals;
- Maintain good client relationships while building new client relationships;
- meet strict deadlines and respond in a timely and professional manner;
- Research potential new business accounts and prepare work plans and activity reports on a regular basis;
- Will report to Radio Station Manager;
- Exceed sales goals and expectations for quotas;
- Manage the account goalposts and budget;
- Address any necessary issues with potential clients before contracts are signed.
Requirements:
- Work hard, think fast and have fun ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE;
- Specialize in building strong, mutually beneficial business relationships;
- New business development experience: Strong desire to prospect and create new business opportunities across on-air, event and digital platforms;
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (broadcast preferred);
- Proven track record of achieving overall monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals;

- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
