Our company is looking for a Regional Director of Operations to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an open line of communication with administrators and staff through staff meetings or written memorandums;
  • Participate with due diligence team for potential acquisitions either within or outside the division or the region;
  • Supports and adds insight for MW Campaign;
  • Complete accountability for $40M Revenue, 12 clinics and 175 teammates, including 11 direct reports;
  • Prepares donor reports;
  • Oversee work with drug formulary compliance by working in collaboration with clinical leadership;
  • Review clinical and operating metrics versus expectations;
  • Views everything with a process improvement mindset;
