Our company is looking for a Regional Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving treatment center growth efforts;
  • The establishment and monitoring of the treatment centers’ specific annual goals and objectives;
  • Ensure that your team executes the requirements expected of all sales professionals in Crestron;
  • Works closely with new, as well as established, channel partners to generate new business opportunities;
  • This position will provide leadership / mentoring / training to all levels of the operation on the use and practice of Lean methodology and tools;
  • Gather “ideas that work” (best practices/benchmarks) from other districts within region, other regions, and Home Office support functions;
  • Play a similar role in the goal setting, performance review, and disciplinary processes;
  • Responsible for “championing change” in programs and district processes including implementation of company policies and procedures;
  • Both monitor/assess quality of and be an active participant in the coaching of all levels of district coworkers;
  • Ensure our people practices support and align with our inclusive and high performing culture;
  • Monitor effectiveness and quality of interaction between district and Home Office functions;
  • Responsible for directly calling on Top Customers / manage VIR performance in your region;
  • Manages all aspects of the region: opportunity, pipeline development/progression, forecasting and reporting;
  • Help district managers and coworkers identify strengths and weaknesses and areas of opportunities (MIOs);
  • Cultivating and managing deep relationships with executive level clients.

Requirements:

  • Understand and utilize community resources for the benefit of persons served;
  • Coordination of training and audit efforts by internal and external functional area experts;
  • Periodic development of training collateral to be used to train the organization’s team members;
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships within and outside of the treatment centers;
  • State insurance licensed and appointed in life, health and variable lines of authority or attained within 90 days;
  • Master’s degree in management or human services/public policy;
  • Knowledge of human services systems, including Medicaid and non-Medicaid MH and ID financing and service delivery systems;
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business, HR, communications, marketing, or sales;
  • Minimum 3 years of Audio Visual or Technical industry experience in a Sales Leadership capacity;
  • Experience managing and overseeing business systems, including finance, accounting, and information technology;

  • 3+ years’ experience in recruiting or business development;
