Our company is looking for a Regional Marketing Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead new market launch strategy for domestic markets;
  • Work in close partnership with Operations leadership to understand operational capabilities and/or limitations;
  • Report on regional trends, cultivating an agile culture and pivoting marketing plans based upon the state of the business;
  • Evolve our community partnership strategy at a regional level based upon national CSR strategy;
  • Constantly ideate, create and develop local marketing programs that drive brand and/or traffic;
  • Keep Regional Marketing team accountable to goals, plans and budget;
  • Build and execute an always-on local marketing strategy in The Wing’s key regions;
  • Identify, test, adopt and amplify best practices in each region and share learnings across national and global teams;
  • Support HQ in determining hiring requirements and roadmap for North America;
  • Manage and adhere to the field marketing budget;
  • Ensure all field marketing programs comply with local data privacy regulations;
  • Set quarterly objectives/goals for team members and agencies with regular reporting back to HQ;
  • Partner closely with events and programming team to coordinate in-space and regional events that best drive brand marketing and community goals;
  • Work with HQ and field teams to create a cohesive marketing calendar for both local and HQ initiatives;
  • Manage and lead execution of regional marketing activities by hiring, training, and managing field marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Hungry to test and learn local promotions and grassroots community outreach;
  • Possesses a strong ability to develop and lead a team through coaching, training and mentoring;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Able to develop high-level marketing strategies and a strong understanding of the technical, financial and operations of the industry;
  • A good balance of creativity and analytic skills;
  • Five or more years of field marketing leadership experience;
  • Ability to understand the impact of decisions on other areas of the business;
  • Ten or more years in b-to-b marketing;
  • Experience marketing, positioning and differentiating similar products and services;
  • Strong project management skills with experience developing and executing marketing strategy successfully while collaborating cross-functionally;
  • Leadership and initiative to drive business objectives;
  • Record of consistently producing results on time and within budget;
  • Collaborative and team oriented, with a history of managing and mentoring others on their team;
  • Strong objection handling and conflict management skills;
  • Exceptional planning, project and agency management skills.
