Regional Operations Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one on one on-site software system training;
- Maintain subject matter expert knowledge for all software system applications;
- Provide support on policy and procedures within region;
- Assist with the maintenance of systems as needed;
- Analyze and monitor reporting for all systems to pro-actively ensure standard operating practices are being met;
- Identify performance/service failures at the front desk and follow up appropriately with Department Head;
- Monitor staff activities and educate and enforce policies and procedures as needed;
- Address patient complaints and assist as needed in plans to correct areas for improvement;
- Manage region cash controls and regular bank deposit preparations;
- Track program progress as advised by Director of Operations with an understanding of costs/budget implications;
- Manage the equipment including immediate repairs and routine maintenance;
- Operational leadership and efficiency improvement within the region with workflows and cost/budget implications in mind;
- Other jobs and duties as assigned;
- Oversee projects as determined by Director of Revenue Cycle to improve front desk efficiencies;
- Mediate staff concerns and direct staff to appropriate resource as needed.
Requirements:
- Leadership experience in a union environment preferred;
- Customer Focus;
- Prior experience with project management required;
