Our company is looking for a Regional Sales Director to join our team.

- Connect with people and their aspirations;
- Collaborates with field marketing personnel to ensure the allocation of marketing resources is maximized;

- Achieve annual sales objectives for the territory while ensuring profitable growth aligned with business objectives;
- Establish and maintain good rapport and customer support to existing customers;
- Demonstrating the full capabilities of Nextech software to prospective clients;

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus;
- Desire to coach, mentor, lead, and build successful teams;
- Self-motivated ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- High level of Business Acumen;
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM programs with an aptitude to quickly learn relevant program and technologies;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Proven history of superior sales results and sales management aptitude;
- Moderate Travel Required;
- Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of RAU;
- Strong ability to persuade others essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills essential;
- 10+ years of enterprise/private equity sales;
- 7 years of experience as a District Manager, Store Manager, and/or Operations Manager;
- Previous successful experience at a startup;
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to write clear, persuasive proposals, emails and presentations;
- Work within the company organization recognizing reporting authority and responsibilities.
