Our company is looking for a Regional Sales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work out of your home office located anywhere in your region and travel as required;
  • Maintain a pipeline funnel of active prospects on a consistent basis that are both self-generated and qualified leads provided by Marketing Team;
  • Secure and close prospective clients working with an exclusive base of prospects;
  • Manage sales contact requests for our customers and provide follow up on leads;
  • Has access to, and requires daily use of, confidential records;
  • Ongoing development of a historical perspective on the marketplace to analyze and predict future trends and needs;
  • Daily phone and in-person cold calling;
  • Must be able to think strategically and develop long-term plans and relationships;
  • 1 year experience in real estate/property management industry would be beneficial;
  • Required by federal law to maintain strict confidentiality of “Avant” employee information and maintain security of such information;
  • Promote, explain, and sell Bitcoin Depot kiosks to host locations;
  • Promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, customers and potential customers;
  • Proprietary Information and Non-Conflict Agreement required;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other computer software programs as needed;
  • Building and growing a book of business, providing account management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in lean manufacturing processes and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment;
  • History of successfully meeting sales quotas and working in a collaborative sales environment;
  • Experience selling complex, integrated software solutions to SMB manufacturers;
  • Understand and appreciate the value of technology solutions for manufacturers;
  • Experience collaborating with both internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department and organizational goals;
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office applications;
  • Experience selling to the Multifamily industry strongly preferred;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Minimum 3-5 years in a business to business outside consultative sales environment;
  • Proven ability to excel in split compensation structures (commission/base);
  • Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certification;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other computer software programs as needed;
  • 1 year experience in real estate/property management industry would be beneficial;
  • Proven success managing accounts;
  • Must be able to think strategically and develop long-term plans and relationships.
