Our company is looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for sales forecasting, budgeting, reporting process;
  • Develop techniques and processes that assist the sales team members in maximizing their time and results;
  • Partner with and leverage company leaders (e.g. in Product, Customer Success, Marketing and more) to achieve quarterly, annual, and long-term goals;
  • Work in close partnership with the team to build a strong and sustainable winning sales team;
  • Collaboration with the executive team to achieve company overall goals;
  • Create cultural alignment and accountability within the sales team;
  • Build and strengthen the sales organization with a primary focus on enterprise sales;
  • Design/develop a sales organization structure to execute the company strategy and achieve growth objectives;

  • Designs and implements an accounts focused sales organization structure to achieve optimal results;
  • Ensures individual contributors are focused on customers and markets to maximize revenue, billing, and business opportunities;
  • Pro-actively manages team talent and pipeline including attracting, identifying, developing, rewarding, managing, and coaching;
  • Responsible for customer acquisition and market expansion for the company, overseeing the team to meet or exceed goals;
  • Leads teams in finding new opportunities and seeks ways to improve processes and products to increase revenue, profitability, and customer experience;
  • Develops strategic plan, quarterly revenue forecast, territory design, and resource planning for all stages of lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling a sizable field sales organization in a high-growth environment;
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams to constantly overachieve goals and exceed revenue expectations in a high-accountability environment;
  • High-energy, with a passion for success;
  • In depth experience with sales reporting, territory planning & management, and incentive compensation;
  • Strong leadership presence; ability to inspire and communicate vision of excellence;
  • Process focused; ability to reinforce internal processes and recommend enhancements to gain efficiency where applicable;
  • Strategic thinker; ability to lead by example and embrace change with positive attitude;
  • 5 – 10+ years of sales management experience in software / high tech industry.
