Our company is looking for a Research Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and create an environment that encourages repeat business as well as source new business;
  • Translate research findings for a broad audience and contribute to GreatSchools’ thought leadership efforts;
  • Work closely with other senior leaders to identify partners to enable and enhance the development of projects in the research portfolio;
  • Monitoring and participating in the greater cybersecurity community to detect trends and opportunities;
  • To ensure high levels of service are achieved on all projects;
  • Continue to develop, conduct, and report research related to research career interests;
  • Engage with Clinicians, health system leaders, and patients regarding priorities for research within the institution;
  • Project managing for the Bishop Fox research team;
  • Exceptional presentation skills in small and large audience situations;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Develop collaborations with external organizations that are engaged in neonatal research and Quality Improvement (i.e. Vermont-Oxford);
  • Create actionable insights for improving products and programs based on results of internally and externally-driven research;
  • Established operational and leadership skills to articulate the value of plans and strategies and assemble consensus across all levels of Bishop Fox;
  • Ensure all projects obtain high customer satisfaction scores;
  • Write and review research proposals to present to the R&D Review Board for sponsorship.

Requirements:

  • Good eye for detail;
  • Knowledge of Blockchain and related technologies a plus;
  • Designing and leading implementation of algorithms, PoCs;
  • Expertise in the use of statistical programs and databases, and in data graphing and data presentation software;
  • Excellent project management and customer service skills;
  • Good knowledge of and a passion for oncology research;
  • Familiarity with undergraduate and graduate medical education and the residency selection process highly desirable;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines;
  • Good coaching skills;
  • Well versed in either Go, C++, Java, or a comparable compiled programming language;
  • Experience in building research teams;
  • Excellent client handling skills;
  • Knowledge/familiarity with supply chain or quality a plus;
  • At least two years of experience managing projects;
  • Experience in working with a team of researchers.
