Our company is looking for a Resident Director to join our team.

Occasional travel for professional development;
Will participate in the campus wide on-call rotation and react to emergency situations as needed across Residence Life areas;
Full-time, contracted, live-in position with a furnished apartment and a board plan (when the food service is open for residential service);
Will work flexible hours during evening, weekend, and transitional periods (opening/closing) and occasional holidays;
Position is eligible for full employee benefit package and a tuition waiver up to 6 credits per semester;
The Residence Director has responsibility for the oversight and management of an operating budget that ranges from $13,000 to $18,000;
The Residence Director supervises, trains, and evaluates 6 – 14 Resident Advisors and provides direction to 1 student Office Assistant.

Ability to multi-task and set priorities;
Excellent organization and planning skills;
Attention to detail;
The Residence Director is responsible for responding to emergency situations as needed;
Direct employment experience in a Residence Life setting;
A demonstrated commitment of working with racially and socioeconomically diverse students are essential qualifications for candidates;
