Our company is looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with Sales Team to develop deliverables for client proposals;
  • Delivers high quality proposals that meet all Destinations By Design brand standards;
  • Takes directions from various departments and ownership of each proposal;
  • Creates proposals within assigned deadlines, including written copy and graphic design elements;
  • Meets strict deadlines as determined by Marketing Manager;
  • Manage sales report worksheets and invoice statements;
  • Interact daily with account executives and sales management, helping in any way possible to free up time for sales to be completed;
  • Maintain excellent follow-up with customers regarding requests, concerns, or questions;
  • Communicate information effectively through oral communication and written correspondence with the customer;
  • Additional assistance for the sales department as needed;
  • Provide administrative support to Sales Manager;
  • Support special projects, internal and external company and client events;
  • Keep station equipt with sales materials, such as media kits, research pieces, event materials, etc;
  • Assist customers in making product choices tailored to their individual needs;
  • Maintain Salesforce customer and contact information.

Requirements:

  • One to two years related experience and/or training;
  • Basic formatting and copy editing skills are required;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • College Degree required;
  • Knowledge in Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere;
  • Ability to problem-solve job-related issues;
  • Ability to report work orally or in writing to supervisor as required;
  • Positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain cooperative, courteous working relationships with others;
  • 1+ years of experience in inside sales;
  • Must possess the ability to think creatively and write with the ability to tell a story;
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and achieve goals;
  • Creativity – thinking outside the box leads to exciting campaigns that grab attention and generate sales;
  • S./B.A in Business or Technical field, Wireless industry experience preferred;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including concise presentation skills.
