Our company is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify barriers of opportunity and collaborate with team to find solutions;
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the products and applications;
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns;
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for existing clients and excel at maintaining these and developing new relationships;
  • Support product development strategies and execution of new brands and products to the recreational market;
  • Builds and maintains a professional network;
  • Updates and maintains internal and online marketing materials;
  • Participates regularly in communication opportunities with team members to build rapport and continuously improve event communication and execution;
  • Builds genuine client relationships by partnering with them to understand their needs providing resolutions;
  • Knows their product. Learns and becomes fluent in their store’s event differentiators, highlights, capacities, and value propositions;
  • Manage direct one step relationships with emphasis on pull through down channel activity;
  • Develop and implement Builder Show Room/Design Center programs and strategies;
  • Work with Builder Sales Manager to target, develop and secure regional deals with builders;
  • Plan and implement campaigns to attract a diversity of new learners to the platform and encourage sustained learning;
  • Educate direct and indirect Masonite customers by regular training and PK sessions to introduce new products and programs.

Requirements:

  • Solid computer skills;
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods;
  • Experience managing/supervising a team;
  • Minimum of three (5) years’ experience in sales with proven sales record in exceeding targets;
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English;
  • Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing;
  • Comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas;
  • Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English required;
  • High level of business acumen and common sense;
  • Genuine enthusiasm and aptitude for sales;
  • Ability to drive successful execution of sales targeting initiatives;
  • Self driven, accountable, high integrity, open communicator, strong work ethic;
  • Strong organizational skills. Strong communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in building products with sales background, preferred. Door industry knowledge also a plus, but not required;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Expertise in Representative relations.
