  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics;
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support;
  • Ensure that company initiatives and tools provided are used and maximized;

  • Negotiate direct and agency business.Input client orders and copy using company provided software;
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients;

  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients;
  • Maintaining database in Salesforce of prospective client information;
  • Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.

  • A minimum two years’ sales experience;
  • A proven track record delivering strong and consistent sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue targets;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment;
  • Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred;
  • This position requires a fully insured personal vehicle and valid driver’s license;
  • Self-motivated and self-directed;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Salesforce experience required;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers;
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close;
  • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day;
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client.
