Sales Enablement Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and team with members from various departments to build and maintain solid cross-functional relationships;
- Continue to Develop new hire onboarding in place for Majors hires;
- Develop, deploy and manage the organization’s sales certification programs;
- Manage the development of all learning content for sales training curriculum;
- Stay informed on cutting-edge tools and technology that may be leveraged to improve sales productivity;
- Work with a dynamic sales leader to prioritize segment needs;
- Build out a more holistic enablement program for our SDR team which is our future AE talent;
- Explore and manage vendor relationships for productivity tools that lift sales team efficiency and effectiveness;
- Partner with Product and Marketing to equip Sales with the most up-to-date product offerings and world-class resources to sell them;
- Lead & facilitate sales on-boarding and ramp ups programs;
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify sales productivity gaps & prioritize work on key initiatives across the global sales team;
- Define a future looking productivity roadmap assessing timelines and resources required to execute on key initiatives;
- Support Sales Kickoff with helping program manage and building of content for breakouts;
- Opportunity to scale out a team with specialized functions to meet the needs of a rapidly growing sales team.
Requirements:
- 5 + years of sales experience and/or sales effectiveness experience, preferably with a successful track record of managing people and/or project teams;
- Bachelor’s degree required;
- This is client facing role, not internal enablement;
- This is position can be located in Seattle, Atlanta or virtually in any major US market;
- 5-8 years in the sales effectiveness space is required;
- Experience in fast-growth, SaaS startup environments highly desired.
