Our company is looking for a Sales leader to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of one to five years of experience leading people and/or leaders, preferably within a sales capacity;
  • Strong and effective negotiation skills;

  • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products and services in the insurance space;
  • Develop sales strategies to acquire new insurance clients managing them through the entire sales cycle;
  • Set targets, develop performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards for sales team;
  • Manage and support new client on-boarding processes and on-going quality assessment;
  • Work cross-functionally with analytics, product, marketing and client service teams to grow and optimize client campaigns and meet client needs.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of the insurance industry a plus;
  • 5 years of business development and account management experience;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. You will be working with many internal and external stakeholders;
  • Requires strong leadership presence and prior experience communicating with senior leaders;
  • You have excellent communication (both English & Spanish) and organizational skills;
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher;
  • You have exceptional business judgment and critical thinking skills;
  • You have a track record of building, leading, and developing high performing sales teams;
  • Able to operate effectively as part of a team as well as independently;
  • Requires a high performer with documented success and experience exceeding targets;
  • 2-3 years of sales leadership experience;
  • An analytical leader with the ability to translate data driven insights into operational excellence;
  • The desire to work in a high responsibility, high exposure role within a hyper-growth company.
