Our company is looking for a Sales leader to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum of one to five years of experience leading people and/or leaders, preferably within a sales capacity;
- Strong and effective negotiation skills;

- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products and services in the insurance space;
- Develop sales strategies to acquire new insurance clients managing them through the entire sales cycle;

- Manage and support new client on-boarding processes and on-going quality assessment;
- Work cross-functionally with analytics, product, marketing and client service teams to grow and optimize client campaigns and meet client needs.
Requirements:
- Understanding of the insurance industry a plus;
- 5 years of business development and account management experience;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. You will be working with many internal and external stakeholders;
- Requires strong leadership presence and prior experience communicating with senior leaders;
- You have excellent communication (both English & Spanish) and organizational skills;
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher;
- You have exceptional business judgment and critical thinking skills;
- You have a track record of building, leading, and developing high performing sales teams;
- Able to operate effectively as part of a team as well as independently;
- Requires a high performer with documented success and experience exceeding targets;
- 2-3 years of sales leadership experience;
- An analytical leader with the ability to translate data driven insights into operational excellence;
- The desire to work in a high responsibility, high exposure role within a hyper-growth company.
