Our company is looking for a Senior Account Executive, Digital to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates and provides reports on the budget and donor activity for each assigned client;
  • Shares ideas and client needs throughout all phases of client life cycle (plan, design, integrate, implement, manage, report);
  • Contacts clients on a regular basis to maintain the account relationship and solves issues as they arise;
  • Works with writers, designers and advertising strategists to generate top-notch, engaging digital campaigns to support client goals;
  • Tracks and presents results to optimize campaigns as well as apprise the client of the campaign’s success;
  • Assists with the development of new and innovative approaches to provide, expand or improve current practices;
  • Develops long-term strategic plans designed to ensure account retention, continued account success and realistic program expansion;
  • Prepares and conducts presentations for clients as needed. Leads client meetings as needed;
  • Manages the overall details of assigned client accounts to ensure that program goals are met. Ensures that deadlines and budgets are met;
  • Assists directors and other senior staff with projects as assigned.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience in digital communications, fundraising and/or marketing;

  • Ability to monitor and project performance;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to adapt to shifting client priorities.
