Our company is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying client needs by introducing and up-selling Yardi ancillary tools/products to potentially increase client revenue opportunities;
  • Managing sales activities to support business plans and revenue goals;
  • Responsible for online & traditional advertising spaces across all of HYPEBEAST’s media properties;
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in Salesforce.com;
  • Provides social media insight as well as execution and management of related digital activity as appropriate;
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue quotas;
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales teams and product owner to share account knowledge and execute on sales strategies;
  • Works with media and production departments to ensure necessary media placement paperwork is issued and insertion deadlines are met;
  • Always think about how we can better serve our clients and grow their business;
  • Create business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals;
  • Communicating regularly with assigned advertising agencies and direct advertisers;
  • Work closely with potential clients, demonstrating a consultative approach to directly drive revenue growth;
  • Crush sales targets on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis;
  • Establish seasonal marketing materials/ PK;
  • Work independently and with others as part of a team in a highly organized and detailed manner, while coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Experience at a corporate communications, public relations or public affairs agency or comparable in-house position is strongly preferred;
  • Ability to create, build and maintain strong client and media relationships;
  • At least 5-7 years professional experience with a strong preference for agency background in digital and/or mobile activations;
  • Track record of business development and strategic account planning/management;
  • Generous vacation and leave policies;

  • Excel in a fast-paced environment; self-starter that takes initiative; independent thinker and outgoing;

  • Advanced PC experience with all MS Office Suite;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
