Our company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a working knowledge of key client’s advertising and measurement needs;
  • Implement and maintain internal controls;
  • Manage assigned accounts and maintain effective communications, acting as liaison between client and M.A. Polce Consulting, Inc;
  • Work with the team to ensure timely and accurate monthly closes;
  • Collaborate with other departments to address challenges in product, engineering, etc;
  • Creation of proposals, reports and SOWs as needed;
  • Maintains correct forecasting and sales stage status of all opportunities, providing accurate estimation of close dates and timelines;
  • Directing efforts in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems, procedures and policies for the group;
  • Perform QA testing;
  • Interacting with internal and external stakeholders regarding objectives, deliverables, and resource allocation;
  • Understand and be able to speak to the services Fullscreen offers and identify new opportunities for current accounts;
  • Identify sales and business development opportunities, and keep strong relationships with agency influencers and client decision makers;
  • Work with Assistant Controller to optimize the close process and strive for a 5 day close including financial reporting and flux analysis;
  • Support Analytics team in pulling and compiling reporting;
  • Partner with client to determine needs and advise on integrated marketing solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven growth mindset with success in convincing customers to lean-in to a partnership and growth relationship;
  • 2+ years at a Senior Manager level or equivalent Accounting leadership position;
  • Lease and Contract management experience;
  • Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills as well as ability in selling to the close;
  • 1-3 years of experience managing Mid-Market or Enterprise Accounts;
  • 10+ years of account management experience in the B2B pharmaceutical industry segment;
  • BA/BS Degree in Accounting;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and high growth environment;
  • Ability to prioritize and take on tasks independently;
  • Create, present, and be able to continually speak to YouTube platform changes;
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance;
  • Previous experience reading a 10(k) report;
  • Strong experience with storage and virtualization solutions is a must;
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and related tools;
  • Strategic understanding of project / account objectives and contribution to strategic account planning.
