Our company is looking for a Senior Art Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Meets deadlines and manages time on projects;
  • Provides design elements for all channels, including but not limited to advertising, digital, in-store experiences and social media;
  • Lends support and guidance to subordinate team members;

  • Concept and create beautifully designed content from briefs, insights, and strategy;
  • Champion the brand with consistency across visual design assets and help develop a unified design brand language as needed.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of motion graphic design/animation or editing;
  • Ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy under tight deadlines;
  • A portfolio of distinctive and exceptional print and digital work, including large campaigns;
  • Supervisory experience required;
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to construct presentations;
  • Conceptual thinker that brings communication strategies to life in unique and meaningful way;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment with multi-disciplinary teams;
  • 2-5 years of visual design and art director experience, ideally in a creative/content/social agency environment;
  • Great communicator who can present, think on the fly and work capably across teams;
  • Excellent art directing, design skills, plus an outstanding appreciation for good design;
  • Must demonstrate a solid understanding of current creative media, mediums and trends;
  • 3-4 years of experience with creative art responsibilities within an agency setting working on health and wellness brands;
  • Advanced typography skills, conceptual abilities and understanding of user centric design;
  • Desire to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment;
  • Talent to inspire clients and team members with great visual design.
