Our company is looking for a Senior Director, Account Management to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify revenue opportunities within each account (i.e. Product, Channel, Region, etc.), and quantify the revenue potential;
  • Research and author account plans with goals and action steps for each account;
  • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors;
  • Act as spokesperson and point of contact with key account staff while managing and developing corporate and franchisee relationships;
  • Analyze reporting of revenue and performance statistics, identifying opportunities and growth plans;
  • Responsible for delivering exceptional client service and growing revenue on a day-to-day basisLiaise between the customer and internal teams;
  • Attract, recruit, lead and retain a team of Client Partnerships Directors and, Client Success Managers;
  • Plan and execute monthly/quarterly update meetings and year end performance reviews for each account;
  • Lead implementation efforts to ensure successful deployment, strong financial performance, and long-term partner satisfaction;
  • Establish the Cricket team as trusted advisors for our partners, understanding and supporting their strategic plans with our service offerings;
  • Coordinate with all internal Cricket teams to drive a seamless and streamlined customer experience;
  • Serve as the account manager for multiple Cricket partners;
  • Help to lead the development and launch of Cricket’s internal PMO infrastructure and formalize organizational processes;
  • Provide input into future product roadmap, clinical offering, patient experience design, and network development strategies.

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 40%
  • Experience with cloud-based/SaaS solution offerings;
  • Desire to innovate to continue improving the way Presto serves its customers;
  • Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts;
  • 5+ years experience in enterprise B2B organizations;
  • Strong understanding of business processes and their implementation into enterprise applications;
  • An ability to successfully navigate various decision-making styles and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders;
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university;
  • Willingness to ‘roll up one’s sleeves’ and assist wherever needed;
  • MBA, Masters in Public Health, Masters in Health Administration, or equivalent;
