Our company is looking for a Senior Director of Operations to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Facilities, Engineering, Design and Construction, and other departments for construction / renovation projects;
  • Manage KPI’s including logistics, patient, and family experience;
  • Examine competitive environment, formulate strategic plans and articulates vision for accountable areas;
  • Create climate of trust increasing the potential for employees to be productive and feel welcome, valued, and motivated;
  • Observes legal and ethical guidelines for safeguarding the confidentiality of patient and proprietary Option Care data;
  • Oversees operational performance of all assigned branches including efficient, effective and high quality delivery of services and patient care;
  • Execute world class operations and customer service;
  • Lead the production team to meet our customer quality and delivery expectations;
  • Adherence to key performance objectives to ensure customer and business expectations;
  • Lead an annual budgeting and planning process;
  • Build a culture of safety and continue to evolve strategies to accomplish;
  • Sustain a strong safety culture and collaborate with the Corporate Safety function to ensure employees are working safely and injuries are prevented;
  • Oversee a team that manages Business Process Outsourcing (BPO);
  • Participate in annual plan development, and directs communication, implementation and execution of operations plans;
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, manage/prevent risk, and maintain an effective business continuity strategy.

Requirements:

  • Provided a best in class customer experience;
  • Experience with P&L; forecasting and budgeting required;
  • 7 + years of working experience required;
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred;
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Prior experience working at manufacturing, Shipping & Receiving, hospital logistics, or a customer service based company are preferred;
  • Experience leading multi-site sales and/or operations in Home Health Care or Infusion;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to make projections 3 years into the future;
  • Experience managing Business Process Outsources preferred;
  • Excellent intuition and deductive reasoning for assessing opportunities;
  • Skilled and experienced with labor, hiring and management practices, including building and maintaining high performance organizations;
  • 15+ years’ operations experience in a consumer service or product;
  • Keen insight and proactive ability to identify, assess and manage risk;
  • Proven ability to lead people managers in a multi-layer ops org.
