Senior Director Pricing / Strategy – Major Accounts Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Director Pricing / Strategy – Major Accounts to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive business & pricing strategies to achieve sales growth, increase retention and improve client experience;
- Prepare pricing reporting, dashboards, and competitive pricing insights and present results and recommendations to a variety of audiences;
- Oversee the scope, quality, risks, schedule, resources and implementation of projects that support the company’s strategic plan and pricing strategy;
- Perform sophisticated quantitative analysis and translate data into actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail, data research, data manipulation and data mining skills;
- Very strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Strong communication skills both written and oral. Ability to facilitate pricing meetings and drive discussions amongst cross functional teams;
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
- Strong quantitative and modeling skills; ability to run correlation and regression analysis; develop pricing / financial models and analyze trends;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Superb ability to lead cross-functional employee teams;
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
