Our company is looking for a Senior Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create briefing materials, in collaboration with the CCO, to ensure the CCO is prepped for meetings and ensure timely follow-up on meeting actions;
  • Draft impactful and professional communications on behalf of the CCO on tight timelines;
  • Assist the CCO in implementing their creative vision and strategy;
  • Analyze business data to determine the feasibility and impact of various creative plans;
  • Ensures effective use of staff, the smooth/efficient operation of the application teams, proper controls, and minimal down-time due to systems issues;
  • Works closely with the IT VP – Application Development to drive strategy and tactical execution;
  • Provides project management expertise, oversight, and guidance for all IT development/maintenance projects;
  • Develops and effectively manages IT budgets and ensure budget adherence;
  • Contributes to managing an Enterprise Governance process, working closely with senior management to align priorities and deployment of resources;
  • Manage the annual budget, contract development and management for all areas of responsibility;
  • Maintain a network of external relationships with key opinion leaders;
  • Establish and update training programs and documentation for marketing technologies, processes and best practices;
  • Manage the marketing department budget, working with team leads to optimize programs and ensure effectiveness and ROI of their programs;
  • Help to manage departmental agile/sprint process for intake, prioritization and production of marketing programs and deliverables;
  • Work with V&A teams to outline PRO requirements and gaps and how to address to best support market access.

Requirements:

  • Professional working experience in marketing and/or consulting in the media or technology industries;
  • Highly collaborative working style that relies on great listening and interpersonal skills;
  • Proven presentation skills, with the ability to generate high-impact presentations, appropriate for the Board of Directors and other Senior Executives;
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently;
  • Knowledgeable about marketing capabilities and global marketing team structures;
  • You will become the global industry expert in a market with double-digit growth, disruptive innovation, and fast-paced change;
  • Ability to facilitate group meetings and workshops a plus;
  • Proven success with primary solutions development responsibilities for mission critical project(s);
  • Ideally, a personal network of biopharma industry observers is a big plus;
  • Executive-level presentation and reporting skills;
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing; make decisions and draw conclusions;
  • Outstanding internal and external relationship building skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate, lead, negotiate, and mentor;
  • Strong writing skills. Ability to create concise communications and analytical insights;
  • Public speaking skills a plus; ability to present at conferences, and to client decision-makers;
  • Strong proactive communicator and change management leader who has been instrumental in leading successful new business technology initiatives.
