Our company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned;
  • Partner across HR to integrate ideas, develop creative solutions, driving HR functional excellence to ensure optimal support of the enterprise;
  • Manage data, measurements, and tactics to support key people programs and decisions. Use insights to drive employee engagement and performance;
  • Prepare and monitor human resources budget;
  • Must be comfortable to handle fragile InP wafers with tweezers or holder;
  • Collaborate with the business to develop and execute functional talent strategies to drive business results;
  • Ensure consistent application of policies, practices and Gap Inc. values;
  • Develops and maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations;
  • Develops, prepare, generate, and analyze performance review evaluation and report;
  • Upgrading and participating in Talent Acquisition processes–finding innovative solutions to talent shortages;
  • Administering various recognition programs and planning small events as needed;
  • Driving many aspects of the Talent Management processes such as overseeing and communicating discipline to staff and coaching managers;
  • Overseeing the benefits administration and recruiting functions – onboarding new staff and indoctrinating them into company culture;
  • Assist in developing training programs and mentoring employees to improve skills, also conducting needs assessment with managers as appropriate;
  • Spearheading the HR Analytics efforts for the department.
