Our company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with sales leadership to develop and modify sales model and role structures;
  • Improve sales team effectiveness through process improvement and tools infrastructure;
  • Drive integrations on recent and future acquisitions;
  • Support weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc sales, marketing and customer analytics to support strategic change;
  • Lead and influence cross functional and global teams to make timely decisions driving sales success;
  • Implement enabling technologies. Monitor the sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data;
  • Create a sales process that is scalable for future partners;
  • Manage Salesforce.com data structure and processes and proactively implementing better solutions and processes to expedite efficiency;
  • Help develop messaging & value propositions for the target audience;
  • Implement enabling technologies. Monitor the sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data;
  • Partner with all sales departments and sales regions to ensure alignment of goals/objectives and drive efficiencies & productivity enhancements;
  • Drive sales forecasting and pipeline process and adherence with sales leadership;
  • Support the Business Operations and Accounting & Finance teams with ongoing improvement to sales processes;
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, HR, Sales, and Marketing building a collaborative team approach to problem-solving;
  • Administration of all sales process flows and information in salesforce.com and Salesforce CPQ.

Requirements:

  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast paced collaborative environment;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Partner Development, Finance and Legal;
  • 5+ years’ experience building sales operations functions at a high growth SaaS company;
  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration;
  • Working knowledge of SaaS subscription models and revenue recognition;
  • NOTE: This is not a remote position. It is based in Bellevue, WA;
  • B2B Sales Experience the Human Resource/Talent Acquisition industry preferred;
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals;
  • Ability to leverage a variety of tools & resources to generate leads & client meetings;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment;
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Looker a plus;
  • Focused on maximizing impact for yourself, your team, and DroneDeploy as a whole;
  • Global sales ops experience a must;
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and ability to work independently.
