Our company is looking for a Senior Sales Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner cross-functionally to develop and implement strategies that drive growth within the sales org;
  • Coach and mentor your team and provide them with the tools and inspiration to perform at their best;
  • Set team goals and create an environment and incentive structure that promotes the right set of outcomes;
  • Ensure that our prospects and clients are receiving world class support from the sales organization;
  • Recruit, train and lead a team of field sales executives to support the revenue goals for the business;
  • Help set the overall strategy for the sales team while maintaining day to day oversight;
  • Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue at all times;
  • Representing Teads in the online marketplace and becoming an active Brand Advocate;
  • Developing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients;
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a united vision when corresponding with clients;
  • Navigate direct brand relationships to identify and establish internal champions to achieve “buy-in”, which lead to strategic partnerships;
  • Managing a team of sellers, minimum of 3;
  • Prospecting and closing business with a targeted list of agency and advertiser accounts;
  • Leverage existing relationships to maximize both short- and long-term revenue opportunities;
  • Use Salesforce to maintain organization and transparency with other team members.
