Our company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve 100% of group sales revenue goals through individual and team efforts;
  • Conduct quarterly check-ins as well as weekly meetings with sales team to support their growth and development;
  • Ensure that accurate and detailed notes/traces of accounts are maintained via Delphi;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Position ironSource as a leading player in the mobile advertising industry in SEA through leadership, education and representation;
  • Regularly report on team/individual results;
  • Build, track, and manage an active sales pipeline to achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and build a broad base of repeat advertisers;
  • Monitors the sales process to ensure sales are achieved by the prescribed selling method and with the highest level of integrity;
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with all key clients;
  • Grow Auras revenue in SEA across all verticals (ie, eCommerce, OTA, OTT, ride hailing, fin tech, etc);
  • Creates a fun, motivated and positive work culture of engaged associates where success is recognized;
  • Takeover to close the sale;
  • Regularly provides feedback and coaching;
  • Lead and improve SDR, AE, LDR’s critical metrics and process;
  • Strong computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Requirements:

  • The ability to make revenue management decisions to effectively grow market share;
  • Associates/Bachelor’s degree;
  • The ability to produce proactive sales strategies through direct sales calls, prospecting for new clients, and client visits;
  • The experience and ability to lead a team to consistently deliver exceptional guest service and effectively grow revenues;
  • The ability to ensure that hotel policies and brand standards are followed;
  • Strong computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in the Power Generation Industry;
  • Exceptional communication with strong attention to detail;
  • Must have proven track record of strong leadership ability, motivational skills and enthusiasm;
  • Collaborative approach, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • Upbeat and positive attitude;
  • Wyndham Destinations Sales Management experience required;
  • Proven track record in developing and closing new advertiser relationships through structured approach to win new business;
  • Travel up to 40-50% of the time, as required.
