Our company is looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate “Facebook Live” sessions with clients to drive positive client KPIs and attributed revenue;
  • Manage social media team members and assist with internal growth and advancement;
  • Can use Project Management tools (Asana) to assign tasks and work with resources;
  • Measure, analyze and report on the impact of social media efforts;
  • Master client voices to monitor social engagement and communicate with customers on behalf of clients;
  • Manage, create, and publish original, high-quality social media content;
  • Ability to assess the business or industry, identify opportunities, and promote growth;
  • Represent social media team internally, to clients, and in community;
  • Train and mentor junior staff to maintain a cohesive social media strategy;
  • Own and QA all client content calendars, collaborating with internal teams for promotions, themes, and content;
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and technologies and continuously educate team and agency;
  • Write, edit, and QA marketing copy with ability to interface with writers and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.

Requirements:

  • The ability to learn quickly and rapidly build expertise in new industry verticals;
  • 3-5 years of proven work as Social Media Strategist;
  • Demonstrated experience in content planning and managing cross-departmental content calendars that track to client goals;
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and desire to ‘take projects and run with them’
  • Ability to thrive as an individual or a group;
  • Partner effectively with multiple stakeholders;
  • High attention to detail to ensure delivery of the best possible product or outcome;
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • A true passion for achieving great results;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects on different timelines and create a sense of urgency;

  • Experience interpreting data and making strategic recommendations;
