Our company is looking for a Senior Strategist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead integrated idea teams in idea sessions and workshops;
  • Becomes an invaluable resource for clients in terms of overall strategic guidance;
  • Recommends and manages research that will aid in the consumer insight-gathering and strategic process;
  • Participates and leads in strategy development for clients and new business;
  • Presents insights/implications/opportunities in client and new business;
  • Collaborate with media strategy to develop media plans;
  • Presents insights/implications/opportunities in client and new business;
  • Identify and assist in building new service offerings in relation to digital marketing;
  • Design and facilitate team, client or consumer ideation sessions or workshops;
  • Strategy & problem solving;
  • PARTICIPATION STRATEGY / Understand and apply participation / grassroots strategy (coalition building, organizing, study of human behavior);
  • Assist in the management of client expectations throughout project lifecycle to ensure consistency and quality in content deliverables;
  • Communication;
  • Proficiency on social channel roles including high level channel and communications planning;
  • Represents LENS as a subject matter expert at local and national conferences and industry events and via publications and social media.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college;
  • Must demonstrate deep experience in insight and research practices;
  • Exhibit high-level writing and presentation skills;
  • Must have a portfolio, blog or site with inspired thinking;
  • Excellent reasoning ability: Ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make creative leaps;
  • 5+ years of direct experience in the strategy field;
  • Portfolio of strategy work that includes large brands;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication;
  • Experience with leveraging data to drive great insights;
  • Qualitative and quantitative research experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree with concentration in business/marketing. Master’s degree is an added bonus;
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and planning. Agency experience is preferred.
