Service Ambassador Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Service Ambassador to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Making follow up phone calls to service customers for KSI improvement daily;
- Monitor the waiting areas and customer lounges for snacks and drinks and fill them daily including coffee;
- Any and all other duties assigned by company management;
- Fill in for various duties, (Cashier, Porter, Shuttle, Parts Runner etc.), when needed;
- Making phone calls for service appointments for new/used car sales from previous business days.
Requirements:
- Ability to operate an automobile;
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information;
- Must have a valid driver’s license;
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles;
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills.
