Site Director Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Site Director to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Establishes positive and productive relationships with families;
- Advances physical and intellectual competence;
- Design and implement programs to ensure the effectiverecruitment, hiring, development, and retention of all Customer Carepersonnel;
- Maintain professional commitment;
- Supports social and emotional development and provide positive guidance;
- Develop and maintain client rapport and complete satisfactionwith contract and customer services;
- Cleaning all glass surfaces outside of the rink;
- Perform other program tasks as assigned by the Arena Director;
- Coordinates non-medical services at the facility; ensures patient treatment needs are assessed and addressed;
- Oral and written reports regarding incidents requiring documentation, injury during a game, problem between two children, etc;
- Ensure all bus passengers are safely seated and strapped in;
- Must have reliable transportation;
- Work hours: 6:30AM – 2:30PM – Monday through Fridays. Must be available to work other shifts and be available after hours;
- Ordering supplies — food, snack and cleaning as well as craft supplies;
- Must love kids, and young people, with a strong sense of duty to help them become awesome individuals with respect for themselves and others.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail;
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.Sc.) or equivalent in a scientific discipline is required;
- Must be able to lead multi-skilled and cross-functional teams including technical staff to bring resolution of complex problems;
- Experience managing direct reports is a must;
- Team Player and Leader;

- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite with excellent Excel skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, mediation and negotiation skills;
- Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills;
- Must be over 18 and working toward or hold a Bachelor’s of Science degree or related field;
- Ability to foster a collaborative team approach to handle challenging situations;
- Minimum 18 years of age;
- Prior experience working with children is a real plus;
- Must have reliable transportation;
- Background check is required (at our expense) the results of which may affect employment.
