Our company is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly complete internal system audits;
  • Serving as a system administrator for Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
  • Effectively act as the liaison between users, vendors, and development teams;
  • Lead reviews, analysis, and development of existing system solutions;
  • Have a good understanding of Salesforce.com implementation and customizations;
  • You will be responsible for managing the Salesforce instance;
  • Ensure business requirements are clearly defined, verifiable and scalable;
  • Use simple techniques to define as-is and to-be process and data flows and solutions, to Business users and other IT team members;
  • Identify existing and upcoming features and best practices to ensure maximum value of Salesforce platform;
  • This is a very visible position and you will have exposure to a high level of management;
  • Create reports or template mock-ups and requirements based on enterprise reporting needs;
  • Design and configure Salesforce UI to meet business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator;
  • Very experienced in configuring Salesforce using workflows;
  • Certifies Marketing Cloud Consultant;
  • Experience in Salesforce development with Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, batch Apex, and triggers;
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of related Salesforce experience is required;
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Access, Excel required;
  • Strong communication, analytical and conceptual skills, including technical writing for a non-technical audience are required;
  • Follow up on tasks and projects as assigned;
  • Participate in meetings, training initiatives;
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, or relevant experience will be considered. An MBA would be a plus;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are also required;
  • You will be encouraged to attend trade shows and conferences, therefore you should be able to travel 10% of the time;
  • Project Team Member functions;
  • Strong knowledge of APEX, Force.com, SOQL, Triggers and Visual Force Page development is required.
