Our company is looking for a Strategic Account Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Hires and trains team members on standard work and processes;
  • Negotiating agreements, rebate and discount programs, and resource deployment across account;
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned organizations;
  • Builds and maintains a high-performance sales pipeline; creates and nurtures a positive and professional image in the Public Safety industry;
  • Prospects, develops and closes contracts within the Public Safety arena for a specified geographic territory;
  • Develops and maintains favorable relationships with new customers in order to increase revenue;
  • Utilizes Solutions Selling strategies to determine client needs; communicates effectively and professionally within the Public Safety sector;
  • Travels to client sites, attends conferences/trade shows, performs discovery sessions, and coordinate demonstrations for potential clients;
  • Listen to customers, sell business value, and negotiate win-win outcomes;
  • Manage your pipeline and exceed revenue goals;
  • IT Systems Engineering Services;
  • Network Infrastructure and Operations Services (Including Network Operations Center, or NOC);
  • Cloud and Physical Data Center Infrastructure & Operations Services;
  • Represent Juniper Square at industry events; acting as both a thought leader and sales executive;
  • AI & Automation Services.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 plus years of experience in the IT Staffing Industry with proven success;
  • Continually contributing to the broader team efforts via knowledge and best practice sharing;
  • Ensure consistent and quality delivery of all solutions inside the Smartronix process and quality systems;
  • Ability to define business opportunities by identifying prospects and quickly qualifying business opportunity;
  • Successful delivery of complex projects;
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs;
  • Remain innovative as a seller and stay current on industry trends specific to clients and continually reassess clients needs and strategies;
  • Proven background of growing accounts;
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent;
  • Strong interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills;
  • Real estate relationships and familiarity with private equity investing concepts both pluses;
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently set and beat stretch sales targets;
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively and influence change with internal and external business partners;
  • Analytical and inquisitive by nature;
  • Influential presence and the ability to quickly build trust and cultivate new relationships.
