Our company is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Construction of complex technical and commercial proposals;
  • Volume of pipeline is key: your quota and targets are geared toward new logo acquisition and monthly/quarterly sales to strategic prospects;
  • Crush sales goals by articulating the company’s value proposition to technical and creative media decision-makers across multiple industries;
  • Celebrate closed deals;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales and meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Meet annual sales targets within the North America territory, both new business and within accounts won;
  • Effectively manage all available resources to support customers;
  • Communicate directly with client main points of contact, including an on-site presence when possible/applicable;
  • Supports company vision and direction;
  • Coordinate and consolidate marketing initiatives across all assigned accounts;
  • Nurture and establish relationships and credibility with all buyers – technical, contracting, executive;
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives;
  • Drive focus on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Embody “we-before-me” mindset;
  • You are experienced in influencing-without-authority (networking / orchestration with 50+ internal and external people) in global environments;
  • 8+ years of Field sales experience;
  • Experience of working in a high growth environment;
  • You are extremely open to coaching to develop and learn new methods and tactics to drive sales momentum and close deals;
  • Proven successful track record with annual quotas for the past five years;
  • Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, commitment and activity to attain corporate and personal goal;
  • You sound good on the phone: courteous, well spoken, and are a strategic seller;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • A minimum of 8 years selling/closing experience in with enterprise size accounts;
  • Applicant must reside within the geography of the assigned territory;
  • Goals-oriented, team player, ability to delegate to pre-sales and post-sales;
  • Creative, innovative and entrepreneurial;
  • Demonstrated planning and organization skills;
  • Strong knowledge of how businesses/organizations in different industries/verticals operate and go to market (internally and externally).
