Our company is looking for a Technical Marketing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support product launch activities and assist with Tradeshows, Conferences and Technical Sales Training or Channel Partner Training activities;
  • Support sales and marketing efforts as required. Some travel required to support field and marketing activity;
  • Build and maintain a demonstration environment for our security solutions and products;
  • Leads and drives the end to end strategy and operational product roadmap for a product;
  • Advises key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy across all phases of the lifecycle (e.g., planning, development, launch, management, exit);
  • Define, build and maintain a multi-purpose demo and lab environment for use by Global SE Teams;
  • Collaborate with Product Management, R&D teams to support product validation efforts, betas and influence product direction;
  • Assist SE teams with Proof of Concepts (POCs), solution design, RFQ and other technical requests on prospective deals.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection;
  • Technical knowledge in Infrastructure management software is ideal;
  • Experience in Telco Infrastructure space is a plus;
  • Experience with Agile processes is a plus;
  • Experience in Open Source Software projects is a plus;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product strategy and lead teams to achieve results;
  • Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry and ability to provide product specific technical training to the team;
  • Demonstrated skills in cost efficient solution building, financial performance metric creation and analysis;
  • Presentation skills to clearly communicate product functionality and advantages;
  • Knowledge of Endpoints and Cloud Applications (O365, Google Apps) is a plus;
  • Ability to write scripts (e.g. Python), design test solutions, etc;
  • 7+ years Technical Marketing Manager, Sales Engineer, or equivalent experience;
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent technical degree;
  • Excellent writing skills, including the ability to create original technical content based on research findings;
  • Motivated self-starter, ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment.
