Our company is looking for a Vice President, Account Management to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • High-level correspondence and communication with clients;
  • Oversee client program elements by managing execution teams;
  • Active participation in the evolution of BEN and Research needs to better improve experience for clients;
  • Provide strategic counsel and pitch recommendations to client;
  • Lead account management team, displaying high standards of client care at all times and always providing helpful and friendly guidance;
  • Provide new business support and help drive client growth;
  • Day-to-day contact with clients regarding strategy and overall business;
  • Lead meetings, ensuring attendance and participation, note taking, and record keeping;
  • Inclusion of senior management with respect to client strategy;
  • Partners with the Sales department in new sales activities;
  • Coaches Account Management team in resolving escalated customer service issues;

Requirements:

  • Excellent negotiation, time management, and prioritization skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field strongly preferred;
  • Experience in either a media buying agency or integrated marketing team preferred;
  • Proficiency with Mac and MS Office required and CRM knowledge preferred;
  • Flexible, committed, and punctual;
  • 10+ years of experience in agency account management;
  • Experience with Influencer account management strongly preferred;
  • Strong customer service focus with an awareness of your impact on the client experience;
  • Ability to lead and motivate your team;
  • May require attendance at events or shoots outside of standard work schedule;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Affinity/direct response marketing background is a plus;
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business/finance or related area;
  • Computer literate; intermediate Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills;
  • A minimum of 10 years of consultative account management experience.
