Vice President, Acquisitions Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Vice President, Acquisitions to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the entire acquisitions process and delivers periodic status updates to senior executives;
- Market Selection: Review and evaluate market data and recommend markets to target acquisitions;
- Supports the acquisition of 2,000 multifamily units by December 2020;
- Deal sourcing: Determine the appropriate contacts within the market to enable optimum networking and deal sourcing;
- Prepare market analysis, develop financial assessment, and negotiate will seller representatives;
- Sets the performance bar as a leader and influencer that other team members will want to emulate.
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office Suite of Products, and is able to adapt to new technology applications;
- Undergraduate degree is required. MBA, CFA or equivalent experience and training is an added benefit, but not required.
