Our company is looking for a Vice President, Acquisitions to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the entire acquisitions process and delivers periodic status updates to senior executives;
  • Market Selection: Review and evaluate market data and recommend markets to target acquisitions;
  • Supports the acquisition of 2,000 multifamily units by December 2020;
  • Deal sourcing: Determine the appropriate contacts within the market to enable optimum networking and deal sourcing;
  • Prepare market analysis, develop financial assessment, and negotiate will seller representatives;
  • Sets the performance bar as a leader and influencer that other team members will want to emulate.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office Suite of Products, and is able to adapt to new technology applications;
  • Undergraduate degree is required. MBA, CFA or equivalent experience and training is an added benefit, but not required.
