Our company is looking for a Vice President, Client Services to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes client policies in depth, offering consultative insight and recommendations to improve program management and goal attainment;
  • Responsible for P&L for a client portfolio, including budgeting and reforecasting, and the achievement of defined revenue growth targets;
  • Displays integrity at all times, demonstrates a sense of urgency to obtain results and responds well under pressure, is flexible;
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement initiatives to improve client relationships that contribute to FanDragon’s business strategy;
  • Attends internal meetings with sales, client services, meeting services, traffic and other key personnel to discuss project status as the need arises;
  • Atypical working hours will be required at times, including weekends;
  • Provides standard and customized reports to clients at specified intervals;
  • Required to be available to work outside the company’s standard hours of operation when necessary;
  • Review and report on resource levels, levels of efficiency, and productivity;
  • Develop and deliver relevant and regular training on new products and features;
  • Adheres to PhRMA, FDA, OIG and ACCME guidelines;
  • Work across our business to ensure continuous business process improvements are implemented effectively;
  • Define operational metrics and benchmarks to measure customer health (activation, adoption, usage, satisfaction, upsell, retention, etc.);
  • Create a company-wide culture of Customer Success and align with Executive Team on key business objectives;
  • Drive new business growth through expansion and up-sell initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Valid driver’s license required;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Direct client interaction and advisory experience required;
  • Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree preferred;
  • Ability to foster solid relationships with other teams across the business;
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure, with a positive and solutions-based attitude;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work streams based on a comprehensive understanding of our particular business strategy;
  • 8+ years’ medical communication or clinician-focused healthcare marketing agency-side experience;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to evaluate, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities;
  • Experience in developing and implementing scientific communication strategies for emerging and marketed products;
  • Understanding and empathy for local businesses;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic;
  • 5+ years in a management role, leading large teams.
