Our company is looking for a Vice President of Finance to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead process for new purchases and partnerships: conduct end to end process for RFPs for new services and tools;
  • Oversee loan volume forecasting, compensation planning and driving growth opportunities both in lending and new products;
  • Establish objectives and policies and implement plans for finance and accounting to ensure that planned revenue and profits are achieved;
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reports, analyses and trends to the CEO, the Board of Directors, PE investors and other senior executives;
  • Oversees the day to day operations of the finance department providing strong professional leadership;
  • Direct supervision over decision support financial analysis staff and operations;
  • Leads effort to develop and maintain financial and statistical information by primary service lines;
  • Provides broad financial and business leadership as an integral part of the executive leadership team;
  • Assists Administration in tracking trends that impact the financial viability of the Hospital and Clinic;
  • Performs all steps necessary relative to hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining, and discharging employees by following established HR policies;
  • Provide financial and business decision support to the Leadership Team;
  • Lead your team following JAGGAER core values of: Passion, Empathy, Transparency, and Accountability;
  • Own the execution of company financial plans including budgets, forecasts and scenario analyses;
  • Develop and implement models to simultaneously manage business and healthcare risk;
  • Lead Treasury leveraging indirect accounting partners across global footprint.

Requirements:

  • Provide timely and accurate financial reports, analyses and trends to the CEO, the Board of Directors, PE investors and other senior executives;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Establish objectives and policies and implement plans for finance and accounting to ensure that planned revenue and profits are achieved;
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and reporting skills;
  • Strong leader and strategic business partner with a passion for technology and customer success;
  • Minimum 7-10 years of management leadership experience with a collaborative management;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Embodies a client service mindset;
  • Superior analytical skills, excellent writing and presentation skills, with effective skills in negotiation, contracting and change management;
  • Arena and/or Professional Sports Team experience preferred;
  • Experience with Quickbooks a plus;
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, NetSuite experience preferred;
  • Ability to identify, anticipate and exploit emerging technology trends in pursuit of the Company’s overall strategic goals;
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance;
  • Corporate policy and governance experience.
