Our company is looking for a Vice President of Operations to join our team.

Measure the effectiveness of internal and external operational processes;
Coordinate divisional support needs with human resources, accounting and support services departments;
Other duties as assigned;
Review contracts in conjunction with risk management;

Develop and own the processes and tech components of our QA program;
Represent company with suppliers, partners, and other third parties as appropriate;
Collaborate in planning and implementing new technology or enhancements to existing technology;
Knowledge of human resource management practices;
Ensure diverse and engaged workforce.

Strategic thinker with financial acumen to grow the business while maintaining and retaining current business;
Proficiency with Microsoft office products and be able to operate and maintain site specific security programs;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing, dynamic environment;
Knowledge of company budget and monthly performance reporting (DVR) proficiency;
Knowledge of sales, operations, and/or underwriting management;
Knowledge of applicable state statutes;
Knowledge of all Associa operating systems and programs preferred;
A distribution leader in food and packaging commodities that may include methods used and supporting toolsets both in transportation and warehousing;
A track record of delivering results in a high growth startup environment;
Strong analytical problem solving and decision making skills;
Hands on operational capabilities with advanced proficiency in Google suite, MS Office, SQL, Looker applications;
Automotive Industry Experience, specifically as a “direct” supplier;
A best in class people leader who hires and develops the best talent out there;
