Our company is looking for a Vice President (VP) of Marketing to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies;
- Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies;
- Manage marketing budget and expenditures;
- Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads;
- Determine KPIs for marketing department;
- Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports;
- Build long term relationships with employees, clients, government officials, and stakeholder;

Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of the monitoring industry, especially wrt infrastructure and packaged application monitoring;
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques;
- BSc degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field;
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google Adwords;
- Strong analytical and project management skills;
- Strong Leadership skills;
- Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director or other senior role;
- Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions.
