Our company is looking for a Vice President (VP) of Marketing to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies;
  • Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies;
  • Manage marketing budget and expenditures;
  • Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads;
  • Determine KPIs for marketing department;
  • Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports;
  • Build long term relationships with employees, clients, government officials, and stakeholder;
  • Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team;
  • Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports;

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of the monitoring industry, especially wrt infrastructure and packaged application monitoring;
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques;
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field;
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google Adwords;
  • Strong analytical and project management skills;
  • Strong Leadership skills;
  • Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director or other senior role;
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions.
